Description
This pasta is a celebration of abundance thanks to its extra-large spiral shape and immense communicative strength pronouncing the Vallillo semolina flour. Its firmness in cooking and its twisted spiral like shape make for a spectacular encounter with sauces.
100% Durum wheat semolina pasta grown on our farm in Serracapriola, Puglia. After the grain is harvested, the wheat is husked and milled in our own facilities. Bronze die cut and slowly dried at temperatures not exceeding 45°C.
The Vallillo company uses only high-protein grains, grown on more than 500 hectares of the Serracapriola countryside in Puglia, where the mild climate between the sea and mountains allow the natural maturation of the wheat under the Mediterranean sun.
The result is a semolina of the absolute highest quality, used to make 100% Italian pasta in our own factory, free of additives, fillers, and toxins (glysophate, cadmium and don).
