Our Multicultivar is a unique blend of olives harvested from the centuries-old olive trees in the countryside of Serracapriola. In previous centuries it was common to plant trees where there were uncultivated spaces. Therefore, in a hectare of olive trees it is possible to find different trees that produce different varieties of olives in terms of organoleptic profile.
Therefore, the Vallillo - Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil, is NOT a blend of oils, but of olives (olivaggio) milled together in the transformation phase, to obtain a delicate oil with a variable profile according to seasonality and the will of nature.
“Proud of who we are”. We only produce what we harvest, we do not blend with any outside olives. The Vallillo family have been promoting local agriculture for over fifty years and have been milling since the 1900s, producing niche oil and pasta.
